Haute Goths is proud to ship internationally to more than 200 countries. Our orders will usually arrive to the USA within 10-30 days and are shipped from our warehouses in the USA, China and Europe. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the items location. 

Haute Goths is not responsible for any customs duties or shipping delays due to customs, incorrect addresses or unforeseen events such as natural disasters. International orders may take up to 45 days in some instances

Tracking is provided via email for all orders but may take up 5 days to be updated.

Because our items are shipped from various locations, you may receive your items in multiple shipments.

Handling time is 1-3 business days and is in addition to the estimated shipping time.

*Please note, 10-30 days is our best estimate for USA shipping and MOST items will arrive very quickly, however we cannot guarantee shipping times as we are at the mercy of the shipping carriers. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We hope you love all of our products but, in the unlikely event you are unsatisfied, we're here to help!

You may cancel an order up until it has been shipped. Once an item is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but you may contact us about how to proceed with a return.

If you do not receive the product within 45 days you can request a refund or a reshipment by contacting us via email at hautegoths@gmail.com

If you received the incorrect item you can request a refund or a reshipment. 

If you are unsatisfied with the item(s) you’ve received, you may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your items. Contact us for instructions on sending a return and once we have received the item, a refund will be issued via your original payment method. Items must be in an unused condition when we receive them in order to be issued a refund.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
